This is the end of the series. The bull ended up at 10 ft before I scared him off. Notice the drool! He was called in using the Little Dog Coyote howler and the Sceery Rabbit Distress imitating a cow call. Enjoy!

This is a brief description of my current hunting pack that should last for about 3 days or so. I know there are a few things to add so let me know what you think and what your ideas are. I could probably turn this bag into a Bug out Bag but I am a Bug-In guy. Thanks for watching and don’t forget to subscribe!

Often portrayed as villains of cartoons and the wild west, coyotes are sometimes no laughing matter to Kentucky livestock farmers. The “Kentucky Afield” TV show will address the risks and effective measures to deal with the species this weekend, September 22 and 23, on KET. The coyote is one of the most wide-ranging and adaptable of all predators. Over the past 25 years, this canine has expanded its range from the western and plains states throughout all of the eastern US, including Kentucky. This weekend, “Kentucky Afield” TV looks at the natural history and the natural migration of this canine to the commonwealth. As coyote numbers and range continue to expand, Kentucky livestock farmers could experience the occasional problem. Chet Hayes with United Trappers of Kentucky and Bennie Bailey of Kentucky Fur Trappers provide timely advice on trapping the species as the furbearer trapping season approaches its Nov. 12 opener. Viewers will also learn what measures are available to deal with problem coyotes outside of the legal trapping season.
