Thank you for your comments

so sweet you got your lil math thing going there and sounds about right… point is, who the hell talks about bullet velocity in mph, its always described in feet per second… maybe you’re just doing it to help everyone understand just how fast it is but it sounds stupid to those that are knowledgeable when you’re talking in mph as opposed to fps… We measure short things in feet or inches and long things in miles. By the way, I’m 0.00121212121 miles tall.

4100 feet per second also converts to 246,000 feet per minute (4100 X 60?) or to 14,760,000 feet per hour (4100 X (60 X 60)). See where we are going with this? Now 5,280 feet/mile. 5,28014,760,000= 2,795 mph.
Maybe you mean the bullet won’t be airborne for an hour? This is true. Also, this is a light bullet and will loose energy quickly. But in the time it takes to get down range, and the fact we shoot 36g bullets, not the 40g called for in the specs, I think we are pretty close

mallon, I am an old guy, been doing the gun thing for quite a while. We went through all this earlier, but here it goes one more time. You take a 40g bullet, load 39.5g of Hodgdon Varget into a 22-250 case, then launch said projectile, in this case a nosler ballistic tip, from a 24″ barrel, and you will get something like 4100 fps. Now for the tough part, so try to keep up here mallon.

Based on the sentence structure and spelling, it is obvious I have met a superior foe in this battle of wits….let alone the fact I have Hamatro in my head.

between people and animals would be better shoot people.. but if you don’t agree you can shoot your head, becouse i think that you’ve got Hamtaro inside it

let me give you a lil hint, you’re bullet isn’t going 2800 miles per hour as you state in the description, its more like 2800 feet per second… sorry but bullets aren’t measured in miles per hour because few can travel a mile or even stay airborn for more than maybe a second or two at long range. Bullet velocity is measured in feet per second a.k.a. fps… LOL
March 31st, 2010 at 2:28 am
I thought that it was fps. Sorry

Now, if you shoot humans, yes it would be murder. Animals and people, even odds ones like you rona, are not even close to the same thing. Thank you for your comments and for watching our video

March 31st, 2010 at 3:55 am

.22-250 and .223 40-53g custom loads. But most any high powered .22cal hollow point will perform as shown here. My loads and guns are not anything special.
Happy hunting
