   As a society, we have severely dissociated from Nature… to the point that it is now believed that it’s acceptable to breed, grow, medicate, shackle, cage, and kill domestic animals… while at the same time, it is barbaric to harvest the organic and ‘free-range’ varieties that have lived fulfilling lives in all of Nature’s glory? Is meat supposed to come saran-wrapped and not resembling the animal it came from?!? The human brain only evolved because we had access to nutrients found in meat!
