   i have shot several coyotes, and my experience tells me that that coyote was hit but not very good , i can tell by the way he jumped, he was just stung by that bullet, i had one run over 800 yards and it fell over dead they are very tought.

   a little hint, we he looks at you when hes eating!! that means your very distracting, and noisy, if loud enough to be heard when hes got his face stuffed with meat, when a yote is eatin he stays pretty focused on eating- you must be very loud!
