   @bilvis48 nah its better to simply not use greyhounds but something bigger and stronger like the pitbull cross, first off the pit cross will kill it, and second it wont be too bothered by its wounds. i would say the coyote is likely to come back and try his luck anyway, foxes up my way do, got this one wiley bugger, he’s been run, but he is still about, i dont know how many times he has been run but at least once. not injured though, seen him since, but without my dog or gun.

   @morgasm657 well thats my point ‘morg’. thats like 5 guys wanting to fight you outside a pub. call out their best man, and get it on! people dont rrealize that coyotes are tough animals. even if the greyhound didnt kill him,the coyote knows not to come back to that spot. the reason they sent so many dogs is b-cuz the average dog cant kill a coyote. better to run him off with your best dog, than to have him ripped to shreds without a fighting chance!

   i understand that coyotes are becoming a huge problem..but thats because they are running out of natural habitat to live in and encounters with humans and cats and dogs are inevitable….but 5 or 6 dogs on 1 coyote is a little lopsided…put your biggest, toughest dog on him one on one and see how he does.

    Come on boys give em a better turn out. Sendin em a big quarter to him aint too bad if you got a fast catch dog but that snows gunna eat them pads up and put you off for a week. Not trying to tell another man his buisness or anything but im just talkin from experiences ive had in the snow and it sucks not gettin to hunt the next weekend. Little black dog was a walkin to him though. Good couple sets of dogs. keep it up. Hiss em and send em.

    some of you people are seriously dumb. do you know what a coyote would do to your dog/cat/child if it had the chance? they can kill livestock, but mostly where i live they lure dogs out into the fields and then the pack kills and eats them. we use grey hounds in oklahoma 4 grey hounds for runners and a rhodesian ridgeback for the throat dog. good video man

    this is why hunting different species can help when it comes to deer hunting. I learn a lot about the area I plan to hunt deer during the seasons I am hunting turkey.
