great vid this is!!! Im looking to buy a 22-250, especially the Sauer 202 Wolverine model. It will be used mainly on crows rabbits and the odd roe deer in scotland. If anyone has any advice that the’d like to share, ammunition, bullet type, grains, scope etc please go ahead, anything would be much appreciated! Thanks

@bigdunny8 yeah i totally agree with that, like i havent ever hunted before, but i look at it like, if this is a sport, and its supposed to be challenging, i wouldnt make it as easy it would be with a bipod
December 2nd, 2010 at 11:59 am
@nathanomgnathan One of the biggest parts of being a responsible hunter is making a clean kill, the 22-250 itself is more than enough to make a clean kill on a coyote even if the shot placement isn’t ideal, however having a bipod there to sure up any inconsistency will not hurt one bit.

yeah, im honestly not a coyote hunter, or a hunter whatsoever, but i think it would be just as easy to fire prone with a sling, cuz i know ive had perfect shots with a .308 using a sling at 300 yards
December 2nd, 2010 at 3:52 pm
Ya, like someone said- it’s easier! And I guess we’re not at the point or skill level where we feel like making coyote hunting any harder right now.
December 2nd, 2010 at 4:33 pm
that makes sense, but if youre making good shots without one anyway then theres no point
December 2nd, 2010 at 4:40 pm
i rather shoot it with a bipod and be called something than haveing an animal suffer.
December 2nd, 2010 at 5:31 pm
you need a 220 swift
